How Nike+ Works
Nike+ is designed for athletes who like to run with music and who want to measure and monitor their progress toward their goals. To get instant workout feedback, you’ll need Nike+ ready shoes and either a Nike+ SportBand or an iPod® nano and Nike + iPod Sport Kit (which includes a sensor and iPod nano receiver).
When placed under the sockliner of the left Nike+ ready shoe, the sensor measures your pace, distance, time elapsed and calories burned. This information is transmitted wirelessly to the receiver for real-time audio feedback while you listen to your favorite workout music.

I had a hard time getting my watch to link, I looked at others thoughts on here about it and tried again and still nothing! Then with the help of my beautiful Fiancé I GOT IT!!!
Once you plug in the adaptor to the Nano, then go to the Nike settings and push the play button ON THE WATCH and then go to REMOTE settings on the Nano click on link and follow the screen. I was not doing the watch play button or the remote link setting before and it made all the difference. I used it for the first time today and it was GREAT!!! It is now more than just a cool looking watch now!
